Link Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Test Engineer for a great opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities • Responsible for analysis and design of test harnesses, automation processes, test results database and analysis tools. • Define strategy for collecting reporting results and develop virtualizations, charts and reports from the data. • Architect automated test strategies that will help to scale QA's coverage and maintain compliance, security and load baselines • Responsible for the automation test environment, coding, and maintenance standards required for test automation • Provide training to other employees on testing best practices • Create an infrastructure to enable continuous process improvement and support sustained results • Build a framework to support organizational development of future leaders • Establish a process to identify improvement opportunities that directly support client’s goals and customers • Create a practical method to capture and leverage best practices and establish process management • Focus on key process measurements and key performance indicators across all levels of the organization • Build on client’s legacy of innovation, value and understanding of Customers • Identify pain points that don’t have a known best solution o “we need to automate this process” is NOT a problem, it is a solution o “we need to add more people to the process” is NOT a problem, it is a solution o “we need to define a process to ” is NOT a problem, it is a solution Requirements • Experience building automation framework that would test the product as a system, which involves using scripting tools such as Ruby, JRuby, Java, and UI automation tools such as Quick Test Pro, and LoadRunner. • Experience testing at least one of
