Looking for Top Handyman Installers (89118) ENTRY LEVEL INSTALLER (LAS VEGAS ) Bugsy's Blinds and Custom Shutters. As an installer, you will learn how to install all the company's products and repairs on our wide variety of window coverings and represent Bugsy's Blinds in a professional manner. You will be the direct contact between the customer and Bugsy's Blinds so you must project the company's best interest at all times. You will learn how to develop ongoing skills, mutually beneficial, and build customer relationships on all your jobs. As an installer it is important that you understand and acknowledge each step of the installation process for all window coverings. This is to ensure proper installation and explain to the customer how each individual style of window covering operates on your installation. II. Required Skills a. Must have a valid driver's license b. Good driving record c. Must be able to read a tape measure and work with measurements d. Must be able to use own tools (drills, ladder, tool belt) e. Integrity and strong work ethic, self starter f. Teamwork skills and strong interpersonal skills g. Dependable transportation to and from work h.
